Built to last — backed by our warranty.

ValorWearUSA is committed to providing our customers with K9 gear that is made to last. That's why we offer a warranty on all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you experience any issues with our gear, please email us with a detailed description of the problem and photos for reference.

Warranty Exclusions: Please note that our warranty excludes damages due to normal wear and tear, natural breakdown of materials, chewing, and use or abuse of our products. We may still be able to repair or rebuild damaged gear at a reasonable service cost.

Custom Builds — Made to Your Specs

Custom Builds may vary between 20–25%, depending on the scope of work and materials involved.

03 / Returns & Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Customization includes products with embroidery, custom patches, or items ordered by special request — these items are not eligible for return.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once your return is received, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, less any original shipping costs and the restocking fee.
